0. Definitions

  1. "Library" refers to the characters and sound sources collectively.
  2. "Character" refers to the character's design, personality, settings, etc.
  3. "Sound Source" refers to the data created for use in a voice synthesis engine.
  4. "Voice" refers to all audio output created through the library, including the recorded sounds within the library.
  5. "Singing Data" refers to the dataset recorded to create AI voice synthesis such as Diffsinger.
  6. "Works" refers to all creations utilizing the library, including covers, original songs, drawings, novels, etc.

1. Basic Matters

  1. This usage agreement applies to all libraries managed by butterpan(@qkrqhd8627).
  2. In addition to the stipulations below, if it is determined that damage has occurred due to issues arising from library usage, the administrator may directly intervene and restrict or prohibit the use of the sound source.
  3. When using the library, it is assumed that you agree to this agreement and all issues arising from non-compliance with the agreement are the user's responsibility.
  4. The contents can be modified at any time without prior notice, and users are responsible for any violations of the usage agreement due to not checking the modifications.
  5. The library was created for use in a voice synthesis engine, and can be freely used within a fan-based range.
  6. The copyright of the library is jointly owned by the administrator and CV.
  7. When using the library, please make sure to display the name of the library.
